In the wake of Superstorm Sandy Long Islanders will be facing a host of air quality challenges in buildings. Mold hazards combined with clean-up and renovation activity will only add to the issues already in place in many of our buildings. Attend this workshop for a detailed foundation in the factors that go into indoor air quality and discussions of strategies for overcoming problems that can impact health.
This program is part of a class series sponsored by the Long Island Federation of Labor Health and Safety Committee. All sessions are free and open to all members of affiliates on a first-come basis.
