Jeanne Blomberg, Director of Administration
Jeanne Blomberg, as NYCOSH’s director of administration, coordinates office activities, including computer systems, organizational budgets, and grant-specific budgets. Jeanne also oversees internal and external audits, bookkeeping, phone systems, personnel records, and NYCOSH’s physical facilities. She additionally manages the logistics of NYCOSH’s annual fundraising dinner. Jeanne came to NYCOSH in 1983 as a college intern and has over the years worked closely with Executive Director Joel Shufro to build the organization from a fledgling, mostly volunteer group into a nationally prominent voice for workplace safety. Her previous job titles at NYCOSH have included administrative assistant and grants administrator. She has a B.F.A. from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
