National COSH Network

The National COSH Network brings together people and organizations united by one purpose: protecting the health, safety, and dignity of workers everywhere. We support local and statewide COSH groups across the country, helping them share knowledge, take action, and improve working conditions in every industry.

The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health

The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (National COSH) is a federation of local and statewide COSH groups (Committees or Coalitions on Occupational Safety and Health). These groups are independent, non-profit coalitions made up of labor unions, health and safety professionals, worker centers, community organizations, and individuals committed to advancing worker well-being.

COSH groups have been serving workers since 1972. They continue to play a key role in education, training, advocacy, and community support.

  • Shared training resources, toolkits, and educational materials
  • Strategic guidance for improving workplace health and safety standards

National COSH is guided by an elected Board of Directors representing member organizations. To view our current Board members, click here.
